This research presents international trade issues between Taiwan and Ukraine. Taiwan is one of the biggest producer of seafood products because it surrounded by Pacific Ocean. When Ukraine is one of the biggest agriculture producer in Europe. Based on the international marketing task model, I analyzed exported products from Ukraine and exported products from Taiwan using corn and Pacific saury as our examples. If companies want to do international marketing, they must operate on three different levels. Some of these levels are strictly under the control of marketers, while other levels may only be partly controllable. These levels are bound to the company environment, whether domestic or foreign uncontrollable. Ukraine did not build diplomatic relationships with Taiwan yet. As a result, Taiwan has weak trade performance with Ukraine. It is hoped that relationships between Taiwan and Ukraine could be developed well, lower tax and less strict regulations in customs could motivate Taiwan to export more products to Ukraine
