The thesis is based on the viewpoint of interactions to explore the interactive relationship development among organizations. It is also a proven track of interactive relationship between the skin care brand company and its supplier, the biotech company, in this ten-year development process.
The specific question is: "Why do startups maintain inter-organizational relationships?" With an exploratory case study, the thesis is to understand whether maintaining a long-term relationship take benefit to the development of a startup company.
