  • 近年來,隨著科技與物質生活的提升,產品的型態與功能變得十分多樣化。相較以往,顧客擁有更多的選擇,卻也更難以決定最適合自己需求的產品。因大量客製化產品設計,能針對顧客要求進行設計的特色,使其需求量逐漸的升高,但在現行的客製化過程中,仍存在許多的問題。
    針對大量客製化的問題點,本研究應用聯合分析法找出顧客群的產品偏好產品組合,再將其結果導入模糊層級分析法,演算出最佳產品組合,並以這兩種分析方法之串聯,發展客製化產品設計決策系統之規則。
    本研究以休閒自行車做個案,建構客製化互動式網頁,顧客僅需在平台上,以下拉式選單輸入對產品屬性與顧客需求的重視程度,便能迅速完成客製化的流程,看到最後系統所推薦之最佳產品組合3D虛擬實境模型,若對此方案不滿意,可重新輸入重視程度,讓系統再次進行評估,直到出現滿意的最佳產品組合。

    In recent years, with the progressing of technology and material life, the type and function of products have become diversified. Compared to the past, customers have more choices, but also much difficult to determine which is the best choice for their needs. The demand of mass customized product design which can focus on customers’ requirements has gradually increased, but the process of mass customization still has many problems.
    Aiming at the problems of mass customization, this research applied conjoint analysis to definite the customers’ preference of products, and import the Fuzzy Analytic Hierarchy Process to calculate the best combination of the products. Then use both analytical methods to develop the customized product design rules.
    In this study, use leisure bike as an example to construct the customized interaction website. Customers only need to use Drop down selection making decision for the property and value of products. It will complete quickly the process of customization decision, and also provide the best candidate plan with 3D virtual reality model. If customers are not pleased with this result, they can import the information again until they feel satisfied.
