以往在供應商評選的研究中,以探討個別產業的特性來決定評選準則和建立評選架構的研究較多,也有以企業目標規劃的方法進行供應商評選之研究,較少以整合企業本身的策略,來建立供應商評選模式的相關研究。本研究藉由文獻探討,整理出企業競爭策略類型,以及和這些策略相對應的績效指標,進一步再配合企業競爭策略選出最適合的指標,作為評選供應商的準則,並藉由語意變數來建構岀供應商績效的多屬性矩陣。隨後,運用三種不同的模糊語意量詞(fuzzy linguistic quantifier)來傳遞各屬性重要程度的模糊多數(fuzzy majority)概念,藉以發展語意準則的配適作業以獲取權重值。再將依語意準則所取得的權重值進行熵值(entropy)最大化的作業,使準則的整合過程得以擷取最大的資訊量,得到修正後的權重值。接下來導入模糊積分,進行屬性整合作業,以決定整體供應商績效,進而決定供應商順位,最後以台灣液晶電視產業為例進行模式推演。
Instead of the existing supplier selection methods, this study considers competition strategies to develop the selection approach. According to the competition strategies of the specific industry, the suitable index can be adopted as the attributes for the supplier selection. For expressing the fuzzy nature in the evaluation process, linguistic variables are used to assess the performance of each supplier. The matching process of the linguistic criteria is established to gain weights by three kinds of fuzzy linguistic quantifiers. In order to get the most information in the aggregation process, entropy function is used to gain the modified weights. Following the presented approach, the performance of the suppliers can be obtained and their sequence can be determined by fuzzy integral. The example of Taiwan LCD TV industry is used to demonstrate the feasibility and practicability of the proposed approach.
