隨著社會的老年化、文明病的好發，居家照護成為醫療體系中重要的一環，本研究嘗試建構一個透過網路的線上照護系統，使病患可以藉由此系統記錄自己的生理狀態，並與其他病友、親友以及護理人員交流與分享，除了記錄與追蹤的功能之外，系統也提供簡單的治療功能，患者可以透過本系統使用多媒體來進行醫療人員所處方的音樂治療療程；而護理人員也可以藉由此系統進行線上學習，透過互評、分享與即時討論等步驟，達到學習的功能。本系統建立完成後與教學醫院合作，進行初步的驗證，經問卷調查結果顯示，大部分使用本系統的病患、醫護人員及病患之親友均給予本系統正面之回應。

Health care at home is the important phase of medical treat, especially in the aging population society appearing many modern diseases.
This study propose a studying and implementing a sensor network of management structure with centralizing computation-applied to health care at home.
The patient could not only record his or her own physiological condition but also share or communicate to others who are patients, family members, friends and nurses. The system provides lots of service described as follows: (1) Record and trace the patient condition.(2)A patient could cooperate a series of music courses of treatment edited by medical specialists to treat and take care of himself or herself. (3) the researchers and nurses could integrate practical experience and theoretical knowledge through the rating and instant discussion mechanism. It's glad to receive the positive feedback from patients, medical staffs and communities who exercise the system. According to the questionnaire statistic result, the system cooperating with NCKU Hospital provides lots of medical treatment assistance.
