為了使氣瓶纏繞能夠更加快速且降低成本,本文目的在探求纏繞材料少,纏繞厚度低,纏繞效率高的纏繞法,並提出單雙繞線頭的纏繞分析。單繞線頭利用非測地線方程組為基礎以容許滑移係數求得纏繞軌跡,而雙繞線頭的加工方式可增加纏繞軌跡的多樣性。計算單、雙繞線頭兩種方法的披覆複材厚度以及披覆複材耗費總長度,利用不同權重比例,從中找尋較佳的纏繞軌跡。研究以ANSYS軟體模擬複材披覆前後承受12MPa內壓的應力分析比較,觀察披覆後氣瓶應力,從而確認最適合的纏繞軌跡的適用性。
The purpose of this paper is to find the optimization analysis of single and double motors that using to high-pressure-vessel filament winding. The single motor uses the non-geodesic trajectories based on changing slip coefficient, while the double motors can increase the more diversity of the winding trajectories than the single motor. Calculating the thickness and the total cost length of the composite material to find a better winding trajectory. In this paper, we use ANSYS to simulate the static structural analysis with 12MPa internal pressure. Observe the pressure of the vessel after winding and select the most suitable winding trajectory.
