在台灣地區,因著受限於氣象觀測站的數量及位置分布情形,許多地區缺乏直接的太陽能輻射量量測數據,為解決此一問題,本研究使用地理統計的方法來進行內插估測,以有限的資料點推估並繪製台灣地區的太陽能輻射量分布地圖。本研究採用一般克利金法,以台灣本島地區24座一級氣象觀測站2004 ~ 2013年所挑選出的經典氣象年之太陽輻射量數據來進行計算估測。研究方法則以4 x 4 平方公里為一格點範圍,採用線性模型及指數模型來擬合半變異圖曲線,再以一般克利金法進行內插繪圖。最後估測結果以交叉驗證方式計算誤差值,其各月份之平均絕對百分誤差在7.9 % ~ 14 % 之間。
In Taiwan, distribution of weather stations is somewhat sparse as a result of financial limitation and staff shortage. Therefore, the direct observed values of solar radiation are unable to be obtained in many areas. Regarding this problem, this study utilizes the geostatistical approach as an alternative way to estimate and map solar radiation in Taiwan. The experimental dataset is composed with data collected from 24 stations within 2004 to 2013, selected by the method of typical meteorological year. The dataset is mapped on a 4 km x 4 km grid using the ordinary kriging, and the predicted results are tested with cross-validation statistics. Overall, the ordinary kriging methods provide fair estimation in Taiwan that the mean absolute percentage error ranging from 7.9 % in June to 14 % in November.
