土地使用變遷研究(Land Use Change, LUCC)被認為是全球環境變遷下的重大議題,過去的土地使用變遷研究多著重於都市或平原流域等地區,但對屬於高洪災風險地區的河川上游山坡地(集水區土地)則探討有限,近年來在全球氣候環境變遷以及集水區土地過度開發的影響下,山區洪災頻傳,隨洪災而來的土石災害影響甚鉅。為了有效制定河川上游山坡地之土地使用規劃政策,吾人有必要針對集水區土地之土地使用變遷機制有所研究。
回顧過去土地使用變遷相關理論文獻可以知道,集水區之土地使用變遷除受到區域變遷驅動力的影響外,也會受到個別壓力的影響,因此可以將集水區土地使用之變遷視為一階層關係的影響機制,本研究將利用階層線性模式做為研究工具來探討集水區土地使用變遷的情形。
本研究之研究目的有二:首先為透過文獻回顧析集水區土地使用變遷情形並釐清其驅動因子,接著是用階層線性模型探討集水區土地使用變遷之因果關係。
研究結果可以發現影響集水區土地使用變遷的因子確實具有階層關係,另外在集水區內對於農地變遷具有正向關係的因子有「公共設施密度」、「與市中心距離」以及「災害面積密度」,對住宅用地變遷具有正向關係的因子「與高速公路距離」、「與市中心距離」以及「道路密度」,對商業用地變遷具有正向關係的變數有「與市中心距離」、「平均坡度」、「道路密度」以及「公共設施密度」,而對工業用地變遷具有正向關係的變數為「與市中心距離」。
The study of LUCC (Land Use Change/cover) is considered to be major issues of global environmental change, land use change research emphasis being given to the city or plain basin and other regions, but a high flood risk areas of the river upstream hillside(watershed area) of recent years, under the influence of global climate change and the catchment area of land over-exploitation, mountain floods frequent, with floods from landslide impact is tremendous. In order to effectively develop the river upstream hillside land-use planning policy, I have some research for the land of the catchment area of land use change mechanism.
Reviewing of land use change theory, we know that watershed land use changes in addition by the driving force of the impact of regional changes, but also by individual pressure, it can be regarded as a class relations affect the echanism, this study will use a hierarchical linear model to
investigate the case of the land use change of the watershed area.
Of this study has two purposes: first through the literature review analysis catchment land use changes the situation and to clarify the driving factor, then the hierarchical linear model to investigate the causal relationship between catchment land use change.
The results can be found in the impact of catchment land use change factor does have a hierarchical relationship, another factor has a positive relationship between the catchment for agricultural land changes the density of public facilities, the "city center" and "disaster area ensity of residential land change, the positive relationship between the factor and the motorway and city center "and"
road density ", the commercial land change has a positive relationship between the variable" city center "the average slope, road density, as well as the density of public facilities, and industrial land change has a positive relationship between the variable "city center".
