  • 台灣畫廊產業自 1980 年代發展迄今,歷經藝術市場波動、世代更替與數位化衝擊,仍有畫廊能穩健經營超過三十年,顯示其具備高度市場適應力與策略韌性。本研究聚焦於台灣長期經營畫廊的實務經驗,旨在探討其市場定位、經營策略、藝術家與藏家關係管理、與國際參與機制,進一步分析其如何在變動環境中維持擁有競爭力。
    本研究採用質性研究方法,透過深度訪談與個案分析,以 H 畫廊為主要研究對象,並輔以產業資料與文獻比較,歸納出畫廊得以長期存續的關鍵因素。研究結果顯示,永續經營畫廊具備穩定的藝術家群體、長期藏家關係與靈活的市場策略,並能結合國際展會擴大品牌影響力。本研究最終建構出一套適用於台灣畫廊永續經營之策略架構,期能作為新創畫廊或相關政策制定之參考依據。

    Since the 1980s, Taiwan's gallery industry has weathered art market fluctuations, generational transitions, and digital disruption. Some galleries have maintained stable operations for over thirty years, demonstrating remarkable market adaptability and strategic resilience. This research focuses on the practical experiences of long-established galleries in Taiwan, aiming to examine their market positioning, management strategies, artist and collector relationship management, and mechanisms for international participation, while further analyzing how they maintain competitiveness in a changing environment.
    This study employs qualitative research methods through in-depth interviews and case analysis, with H Gallery as the primary research subject, supplemented by industry data and literature comparisons to identify key factors that contribute to a gallery's long-term sustainability. The research findings indicate that sustainable galleries possess a stable group of artists, long-term collector relationships, and flexible market strategies, while leveraging international exhibitions to expand brand influence. Ultimately, this research constructs a strategic framework for sustainable gallery operations in Taiwan, intended to serve as a reference for emerging galleries and relevant policy formulation.
