  • 本研究目的在探討台灣地區製造業重視哪些物流服務屬性,進一步根據填答者對各項物流服務屬性之重要性認知差異,進行市場區隔分析。研究結果顯示,台灣地區製造商對於物流服務屬性普遍認為重要,而最重視之物流服務屬性前五項依次為「報關服務」、「與運輸公司議價」、「進出口貨物運輸與配送」,「貨物安全控管」以及「貨物追蹤」;透過因素分析將各項物流服務屬性萃取出「附加價值服務因素」、「存貨服務因素」、「貨物運送服務因素」、「儲存服務因素」、「支援性服務因素」以及「資訊服務因素」等六項物流服務因素,並依填答者對此六項因素認知程度分成四群,分別是「存貨服務重視群」、「貨物運送服務重視群」、「資訊服務重視群」以及「支援性與附加價值服務重視群」。經由ANOVA分析驗證不同集群對於物流服務因素與物流服務屬性在重要性認知上有顯著性差異,此結果可供物流業者參考。

    This study evaluates the market segmentation of logistics services of the manufacturing industry in Taiwan. The study’s findings indicate that customs clearance service was perceived as the most important logistics service attribute, followed by rate negotiation with carrier, import/export distribution, carrier selection and cargo safety. Six logistics service factors are extracted based on factor analysis: value-added services, inventory services, transportation services, storage services, support services and information services. These logistics service factors were used to classify Taiwanese manufacturing industries into four segments, namely, storage services oriented firms, transportation services oriented firms, information services oriented firms, as well as value-added and support services oriented firms.
