  • 企業追求最大利潤相信是供應鏈中每家公司所設定的主要目標之一。而供應鏈管理最主要的目的就是藉由多個組織間的協調整合,使公司內部跨部門與整體供應鏈間跨企業的相互合作,使單一企業與整體供應鏈的長期績效得到改善;因此各企業在求取最大化利潤的條件下,企業間將會產生各種形式的協同合作與競爭關係,形成一種供應鏈上下游成員競合之賽局。
    因此本研究利用賽局理論中競爭與合作的觀念,探討以供應商、製造商二者所構成之供應鏈競合關係,建構一個賽局模型,以提升供應商服務水準為目標,探討供應商與製造商於競合賽局下之各種型態。經實證分析結果後發現,若製造商之單位改善成本增加,供應商2的價格會較具市場競爭力;若供應商2的單位成本增加,對於供應商2的價格與利潤均不具競爭優勢;最後透過改變服務水準敏感度發現,服務水準的提升能同時幫助製造商與供應商在價格與利潤方面均具競爭優勢,達到雙贏。

    One of the main objectives set by each company in the supply chain is profit maximization. The main purpose of supply chain management is the coordination and integration of supply chain members so as to maximize individual and joint profits.Thus,upstream and downstream chain members could engage in collaborative and competition.
    The thesis examines the collaborative and competitive interaction between one manufacturer and two suppliers by using a game theoretical framework. In this model, suppliers 1 and 2 compete in service provision. The analysis reveals that an increase in the unit cost of the manufacture’s effort lowers supplier 2’s price, and an increase in the unit service provision cost of supplier 2 raises supplier 2’s price and lowers its profit.Furthermore, when service sensitivity increases, both the manufacturer’s profit and supplier 2’s profit will increase.
