本論文使用數值模擬方式建立質子交換膜燃料電池數值模型,並導入兩相流現象及改變凸起觸媒層之高度進行電池功率分析,針對選擇一較佳功率之膜電極組(MEA)幾何形狀自行製造MEA。並配合田口實驗減少實驗次數,找出凸起氣體擴散層最佳操作參數,來提升燃料電池之功率。凸起氣體擴散層燃料電池在最佳控制因子組合下,凸起氣體擴散層之凸起高度與流到高度比為0.14較其他兩種凸起高度與兩凸起間距比(0.21與0.27),更有助於提升電池性能。在最佳控制因子組合下,凸起氣體擴散層之凸起數為7個較其他兩種凸起數更有助於提升電池性能。本文建立製作特殊幾何形狀MEA設備並具有自行製作特殊幾何形狀MEA之技術。在最佳操作參數下凸起氣體擴散層較無凸起氣體擴散層提升電池功率5.5 %。
This study uses numerical simulation method to establish numerical model for PEM fuel cells implementing into two-phase flow phenomena and the changes raised height of catalyst layer for analysis of battery power. This research selects a better power membrane electrode assembly (MEA) of geometric shapes to have MEA self-manufactured. Employing Taguchi method reduces the number of experiments and obtains the optimum operating parameters for the protrusive gas diffusion layer to enhance fuel cell power.
