  • Previous studies have been investigating how transformational leadership increases follower’s creativity quite intensively. By adopting this knowledge base, our study extent this relationship by examining the distinguish effect of transformational leadership on two different focuses: team and individual to explore by which way, transformational leadership is more effectively enhance individual creativity. Specifically, our study suggests that dual-focused TFL positively related to individual creativity through the mediating effect of intrinsic motivation and team potency. Results from a data includes 155 samples that collected mainly from Taiwan and Vietnam support for our hypotheses of dual-focused TFL. This study have implications for the development of employee’s creativity in a various industries and cultures.
