在環保能源議題普受重視的同時,能源採集成為矚目焦點之一,若能結合新興的樂活生活型態(LOHAS),人類的生活必能往前邁向一大步。本研究針對融合趣味、健康、發電等樂活特色的「活動樂活」產品進行探討,運用案例式推理的領域知識模型(Domain Knowledge Model)、使用者運動態度問卷、及ACCESS軟體,開發一個活動樂活產品說服設計輔助系統,提供此類產品的設計建議。其領域知識模型包含說服要素、行為矩陣、設計法則、設計技巧及科技應用等五個項目。同時,也設計使用者問卷調查使用者的動機、態度、人口變數等,這將更有助於尋找更適當的設計建議。研究中,蒐集了90個案例,建立領域知識模型,萃取案例的知識,成為案例資料庫,並為瞭解使用者對產品的想法,設計一份調查台灣民眾對於肢體活動的態度、習慣及意願的問卷。透過問卷得到的統計結果,可依照如人口變數中的性別與教育程度、態度中的喜歡運動與否與有固定運動習慣與否等,將使用者類型分類,結合前述的說服機制、領域知識模型與產品案例,提供產品設計者開發產品時的參考,讓所設計的產品更貼近使用者心理,發揮其最大說服效果。最後,綜合使用者類型分析與案例式資料庫,建立一個輔助活動樂活產品說服設計系統,提供對活動樂活產品有興趣的廠商與設計者在進行產品設計時,經由目標市場進行顧客的事先分析,透過輔助系統搜尋相關的產品案例尋找到其設計經驗,或經由設計經驗找尋到相關產品案例,進而得到更能提高使用者意願的活動樂活產品設計建議。
While the issue of green resources is considered in general, energy harvesting is one of the points. If it could be combined with the developing lifestyle, LOHAS, the human life must be able to take a big step. This research discussed about the LOHAS products mixed with the feature of LOHAS, such as fun, health, electricity generation, used the domain knowledge model of case-based reasoning, the questionnaire of the users’ attitude of exercise, and ACCESS, and developed a persuasive design system for LOHAS products to provide the design advices for this kind of products. When they design the products, through the analysis of the target customer in advance, they could search related product cases to get the design experiences or search the design experiences to get the related product cases through by the persuasive design system. Further, the designers and companies would get the design advices for the LOHAS products that raise the users’ desire.
