在全球景氣逐漸蕭條下,總體經濟環境考驗著企業的經營管理,加上市場競爭越趨激烈,企業如何在動盪不安的紅海市場中找出屬於自己的藍海,或是穩住企業的市場佔有率及競爭力,是所有企業高層每天的挑戰,企業如何在惡劣的經濟環境中不被淹沒並站穩市場地位、維持獲利能力等,這都是考驗著經營者的智慧與對經濟環境變化的應變速度,因此,企業必須不斷的透過策略擬定及策略執行為企業創造佳績及獲利成績,如持續保持產品的利基點、生產成本的管控、銷售規模的擴增、組織的精實、累積研發能量等,都是強化組織及健全組織的管理手法,目的就是使企業得以永續經營。策略的研擬及執行是企業的經營核心,也是企業提升市場競爭力重要項目,而策略的擬訂到執行最重要的是必須在策略實踐過程中確保效益能體現在財務報表中,但是,許多企業皆面臨策略的執行方針無法被落實,甚至沒有被執行,造成企業組織內的資源消耗。在策略的實踐過程中,執行者不再只是單一主要影響項目,而必須以組織的角度觀察,其中包含執行者運用何種工具執行、執行者的條件及能力、執行者是否有能動性完成、執行過程組織如何分配有限資源等,都是影響實踐過程因素之一,甚至企業透過轉型計劃改變組織與改變結構,試圖以全新經營管理帶給企業新生命,進而使企業能持續成長及獲利,以達成企業永續經營的目標。
本研究以台灣馬達公司作為個案公司,並且透過質性研究方法的個案討論法進行企業轉型策略的實踐過程主要是在何種情境條件及要素下發生,研究主軸為以交織理論探究企業轉型策略實踐過程的動態影響因素,本研究藉由交織理論的觀點剖析策略實踐的動態過程中主要核心要素會受到何種因素影響進而改變,也就是以動態的交織體分析實踐過程的各項元素,從研究中發掘策略在擬定及執行的過程必須不斷檢視哪些重大影響因素,以確保企業的策略實踐能被具體執行並實現企業永續經營。期望研究發現能補足學術理論的實證不足,以及企業策略擬定及實踐的參考依據。
In this research, a Taiwan motor Company as a case company, and uses qualitative research methods to carry out corporate transformation strategies. The practice process of corporate transformation strategy mainly occurs under changing conditions and factors. The main research axis is to explore the practice of corporate transformation strategy with assemblage perspective and the dynamic influence factors of the process.
This study analyzes the dynamic process of strategy practice from the perspective of assemblage theory. The main core elements of the dynamic process of strategy-as-practice will be changed by the influence factors. In the other hand, it is a dynamic interweaving analysis of the necessary elements of the practice process, and strategies are explored from the research.
In the process of formulation and implementation, other major influencing factors must be constantly checked to ensure that the company’s strategic practices and it could be specifically implemented and achieve sustainable business operations.
