本研究主要目的為:(一)探討生活緊張因素與國中生幸福感之關聯性。(二)探討負向情緒調適能力與國中生幸福感之關聯性。(三)探討負向情緒調適能力對生活緊張因素與國中生幸福感之影響。(四)納入控制變項後,對生活緊張因素、負向情緒調適能力與國中生幸福感之影響。本研究以台南市之國民中學學生為研究對象,採分層叢集立意抽樣,抽取六所學校共477名學生,將所得資料以描述統計、皮爾森積差相關與巢式迴歸分析模式等統計方法,進行資料處理與統計分析。
本研究結果顯示:(一)生活緊張因素層面的「日常生活困擾」與國中生幸福感的四個層面-「自我肯定」、「人際相處」、「身心健康」與「生活滿意」呈負向相關;而「負面生活事件」與幸福感四個層面無關聯性。(二)負向情緒調適能力與國中生幸福感的四個層面-「自我肯定」、「人際相處」、「身心健康」與「生活滿意」呈正向相關。(三)納入負向情緒調適能力的效應後,生活緊張因素的兩個層面-「負面生活事件」、「日常生活困擾」與幸福感的四個層面-「自我肯定」、「人際相處」、「身心健康」與「生活滿意」之關聯性未受影響。(四)納入性別、年級控制變項後,生活緊張因素、負向情緒調適能力與幸福感之關聯性皆未受影響。最後,本研究依據研究結果進行討論並提出建議,以供學校課程、輔導工作與未來研究作為參考。
The purposes of this study were to investigate:(a) the relationship between strain factors and well-being of junior high school students; (b) the relationship between negative mood regulation and well-being of junior high school students;(c) whether negative mood regulation had the influence on the relationship between strain factors and well-being of junior high school students;(d) the relationship between strain factors and negative mood regulation and well-being of junior high school students, when control variables were included.
The results indicate that:(a) There was a significant negative relation between life's daily hassles and four dimensions of well-being; however, there was no significant relation between negative life events and four dimensions of well-being. (b) Negative mood regulation has a significant effect on four dimensions of well-being. (c) When the impact of negative mood regulation was included, the relationships between strain factors and well-being were not changed. (d) The relationship among strain factors, negative mood regulation and well-being was not varied, when considering the impact of gender and grade.
Finally, some explanations for these findings and implications were provided. Based on the findings, this study also proposed some relevant suggestions that could be a reference to school curriculum, guidance and future researches.
