膨脹接頭是壓力容器如管道系統中常用的連接和補強裝置,而波紋管是其中一項很重要的零件。本文應用有限元素分析,依據彈性力學理論,探討U型波紋管之力學行為。內容包含幾何參數結構應力分佈及剛度之影響、振動模態分析、及單雙層波紋管之比較。最後對於工程上如何進行疲勞及穩定作簡單討論。
In this paper, we have developed a parametric finite element methodology to obtain the optimum shape and size of a single- or multi-ply bellow under strength and stiffness requirements. The parameters that affect the strength and stiffness of a bellow are the convolution height, pitch, diameter and the thickness. In addition, we compute the natural frequencies and mode shapes of bellows. In the end, we collect and discuss some equations from previous studies for predicting the fatigue life of bellows and buckling behavior.
