隨著科技進步,科技媒體成為現代人接收訊息的主要媒介,傳遞訊息方式及生態和過往大不相同。許多媒體為了自身利益而無法保持中立,傳達偏頗立場的訊息給觀眾,使得媒體亂象越發嚴重。越來越多不實訊息滲透於人們的生活當中,媒體素養成為現代公民必備之能力。
本創作為作者對自身接收媒體訊息時,內心產生的心境轉化以及觀察社會中媒體對觀眾造成的影響所創作的作品,在接收訊息的過程時常會產生相信、懷疑、動搖以及破滅等等的過程,作品透過影像變化呈現接收訊息時的認知變化歷程。在本創作中,作者使用Touchdesigner呈現上述可能會產生的認知過程,並透過對光的假設,將抽象過程視覺化,讓觀眾能夠對接收訊息時的抽象過程一目瞭然,也能體驗影像讓觀眾產生的錯覺,進而使觀眾反思平時接收媒體訊息的過程。作者希望透過此作品能夠讓觀眾發現生活周遭的訊息無所不在,對訊息能夠保有求真求證的態度,選擇正確的訊息,做個聰明的閱聽人,也能促使媒體生態往好的方向發展。
With the advancement of technology, technological media has become the main medium for modern people to receive information. The way of conveying information and the ecology are very different from the past. Many media cannotremain neutral and convey biased messages to the audience. Media literacy has become an indispensable ability for modern citizens.
This artwork is created by the author's inner mood transformation when she receives media messages and observing the influence of media on the audience in society. In the process of receiving messages, there are often processes of believing, doubting, shaken, and disillusioned. The work presents the cognitive change process when receiving messages through image changes. In this work, the author uses Touchdesigner to present the above-mentioned cognitive processes that may occur, and visualizes the abstract process through the assumption of light, that makes the audience reflect on the process of receiving media messages. It is hoped that through this work, the audience can discover the information around their lives everywhere. Maintain a truth-seeking attitude towards the information, choose the correct information, and be a smart reader, which can also promote the development of the media ecology in a good direction.
