在本研究中,主要是期望以CMOS影像感測器結合TI TMS320C6713 DSP研發一數位影像擷取系統;在整個架構中,包含以CMOS影像感測器、圖框緩衝器(Frame Buffer)等所構成之附加子板(Daughter Card)—前端系統,與以TMS320C6713 DSP為核心的DSK(DSP Starter Kit)—後端系統;研究中並將此系統應用於空間監控,可判別所監控的空間是否有其他物體進入。
除了與主電腦連接進行運作之外,本系統亦可將程式燒錄至DSK上之快閃記憶體,成為一個獨立(Stand-alone)的系統,並由於DSP為可程式(Programmable)之CPU,因此可任意更改其辨識程式,成為一個多種辨識功能並且可攜式之影像擷取系統。
The main aim of this study is to develop a “Image Acquisition System” which combines the CMOS image sensor and the TMS320C6713 DSP. This system includes the CMOS image acquisition daughter card which is composed of a CMOS image sensor, a frame buffer, and the other devices – the forward system, and the DSK which has a TMS320C6713 DSP as its CPU – the backward system. In this paper, the system is applied to detect the object in a space which is under surveillance.
Except to operation with the host PC, this system can be a Stand-alone one through programming the flash memory on the DSK board. Because the DSP is programmable, we can modify and add the recognized programs arbitrarily. Therefore, this system can become a multi- recognized function and portable image acquisition system.
