為了供應全台有穩定且充足的電力使用,台電公司設置輸電線網遍佈全台,其中必須跨越河川溪流,主要河川行水區通常達數百公尺甚至數公里,輸電線路無法直接跨越,則必須於行水區內設置輸電鐵塔,以利於輸送電力。
本文利用高屏溪實測流速紀錄,統計分析研究範圍內平均流速與最大流速之關係,以求主深槽之最大流速,以做為局部沖刷深度計算之上游流速值。由國內外常用之局部沖刷深度公式,依研究範圍內之水文及地文資料,並篩選求出每座鐵塔基礎之局部沖刷深度。
訂定輸電鐵塔基礎之安全性評估程序,將研究範圍內之基礎作安全性評估,並訂定鐵塔基礎之安全警戒線,使能定期檢查鐵塔基礎之安全性。
Due to supplying stable power for people in Taiwan. The Taiwan Power Company builded power transmission lines all over the island and that had to crossed the river. The wide of the main river in Taiwan are often over hundreds of meters or even sevarel kilometers. The power transmission tower had to be builded in the river.
The stady collected the flow velocity of The Gaoping River and had statistical analysis for the relation between average velocity and maximum velocity. According to the relation to calculated the local scour depth and finded the reasonable local scour depth formula to the stady. Calculated local scour depth of every power transmission tower foundation.
Maked the safety assessment procedure of power transmission tower foundation, and assessed every tower foundation. Marked the safety warning line of the foundation,and checked the safety of foundation regularly.
