本研究探討某區域醫院員工之工作價值觀、倫理領導與組織承諾之間的關聯性。本研究希望瞭解工作價值觀及倫理領導對組織承諾的影響程度,以問卷調查方式調查南部某區域醫院員工,有效問卷共128份,有效回收率56.2%。採用敘述性統計、因素分析、信度分析、Pearson相關分析及階層迴歸等統計方法進行資料分析,結果顯示工作價值觀確實有助於提昇組織承諾,工作價值觀越高之員工其組織承諾亦高。反之工作價值觀越低之員工其組織承諾亦低,加入倫理領導作為調節變項時,倫理領導對於工作價值觀的尊嚴取向、社會互動取向、組織報償取向與組織承諾之間的調節效果達顯著水準。
This study delves into the relationship among work value, ethical leadership and organizational commitment of employees at a regional hospital. Figuring out how work value and ethical leadership will influence employees’ organizational commitment is the main purpose of this study. Based on the findings of literature review, we adopt questionnaire survey to inquiry the employees at a regional hospital in southern Taiwan. There are 128 valid questionnaires and the overall response rate is 56.2%. In order to find out the relationship among work value, ethical leadership and organizational commitment this study applies descriptive statistics, factor analysis, reality analysis, Pearson's correlation coefficient, and hierarchical regression method. The result reveals two implications of this study. First, there is a significant relevance between work value and organizational commitment. Second, the moderating effect of ethical leadership on the factor of work value such as “self-esteem”, “social interaction”, “reward” and organizational commitment is significant.
