電力系統的穩定性對於各產業都非常重要,而現今一般常見為了降低斷電造成的損失都會使用不斷電系統。製造業為了維持設備在良好運作條件,都會規劃一套由外部廠商或內部維修人員所進行的保養及維護策略,維護的主要目的是讓設備在這一次維護到下一次維護之前,不會因為元件疲勞或是設備磨損而失效,不同的維護保養策略意味著設備保持在不同的可靠度以及公司所要負擔的維護成本高低,所以要如何制定出一套完善的維護保養計劃,降低設備故障率與降低成本,來達成提升企業競爭力就顯得格外重要。
本研究將以不斷電系統廠商為客戶提供維護合約中的維護保養策略角度作探討,透過科學化的方式提供客戶可提高可靠度、降低成本的有效解決方案。研究中利用目標規劃理論來進行製造業維護保養策略的探討,透過擬定可靠度目標與成本目標,建立目標規劃中優先模型的方式尋求其最佳維護週期,最終透過實際案例分析,藉此建立起優於現行做法的維護保養計劃。
分析結果顯示,使用順序型的目標規畫所建構出來的維護保養計劃,不管是優先考慮可靠度或者是優先考慮成本都能使個案公司販售之不斷電系統維護成本下降,整體可靠度上升。此外在分析過程中發現客戶預算不同的情況下對於不同材料間維護策略也有著不同的趨勢,應視不同類型客戶的需求來調整初始限制,如此才能兼顧理論與實務而得到最佳的預防保養策略。
The purpose for this research is to understand how equipment is aging due to service time. Therefore, it’s an important issue on how to formulate a complete maintenance plan to reduce equipment failure rate and cost. This research will explore the maintenance strategy in the maintenance agreement by uninterruptible power system manufacturer and will also provide customers with effective solutions which can improve reliability and reduce costs through a scientific method. The analysis results show that the maintenance plan constructed by using lexicographic goal programming, whether the prior consideration is reliability or cost, can reduce maintenance cost and increase overall reliability.
