科技與技術不斷地演進,市場上競爭也越趨激烈,購併與倒閉不時在上演著,對於企業價值已不再僅僅注重過去所謂有形的價值創造因素如土地、廠房、機器設備等固定資產,而要創造優勢降低成本更是許多企業的政策。對於成本來說,企業大多以支出成本來衡量往往疏忽了失誤補救的資源浪費,因此預防失誤更能為企業帶來失效成本低減的概念。
透過人員特質與人力資源管理認知瞭解人為失誤是最直接的方式,產品異常處理單記錄了品質異常的狀況與原因,是掌握品質缺點之最直接方式,運用人員特質與人力資源管理認知將人員失誤狀況予以簡化,可作為診斷企業人員失誤狀況之重要指標。
本研究以國內某面板公司為研究對象,利用失誤率值做為衡量公司人員失誤的指標,以及高度相關性的人員特質與人力資源管理認知做為人員失誤之變數,藉由整合歸納以及因素分析萃取,定義出人員特質與人力資源管理認知影響公司人員失誤之主要評估構面,作為模糊集群分析的特徵向量空間,主要在探討人員特質與人力資源管理認知對作業缺失之影響。最後,從人員特質與人力資源管理認知探討各集群型態特性與公司人員失誤之關係,以提出人力資源改善的建議。
New technology has been developed quickly. Competition in the market is also getting more violent. Nowadays, company merging and business shutdown happen very often. As a result, companies now focus not only on the physical assets, such as land, factories, facilities, but also on the strategies that can create the strength and can cut down the cost. As far as the cost is concerned, companies usually consider how much they pay for raw materials but neglect how much they waste for error corrections. Therefore, preventing error is a significant concept of reducing the cost for error corrections for companies.
The most direct way to understand human error is to carefully study operator’s characteristics and percept for human resource management. The abnormal product notice-which the unusual condition and the error causes are recorded on-is the key to the quality control. The cause of human error can be simplified by understanding operator’s characteristics and their percept for management. This can also be used to diagnose human error in many other companies.
In this thesis, operators in one of LCD companies are observed. Human error is examined by the error rate, and the variables are operator’s characteristics and their percept for human resource management. Through factor analysis and classification, the operator’s characteristics and their percept for human resource management-which cause human error are identified and become the main factor for error evaluation. Finally, the connection between the specific characteristics in each group and the human error is discussed, and the suggestions for improving human resource management are provided.
