  • 摘要
    近年來,台灣的產業發展已普遍碰到瓶頸,在過去表現卓越的策略已受到挑戰與質疑,比如追求規模經濟或者是將大量生產模式轉移到開發中或未開發國家複製,這些成本領導的經營模式在中國大陸等新興國家興起的條件下,只是單純的尋求低成本優勢已無法符合現代的競爭需求。Kim and Mauborgne (2005) 提出價值創新之策略,強調以顧客的觀點重新思考企業之策略的重要性。
    經由相關文獻與實證研究之探討後,本研究以技術網絡關係與企業核心資源兩者建構出可操作的衡量構面。並將協同價值創新合作程度以資訊分享、決策同步化、動機一致性三個構面衡量。在企業經營績效則分為財務績效,市場績效及顧客價值績效三個構面來加以衡量。針對台灣TFT-LCD產業,發出182份問卷,有效回收問卷116份,經由因素分析、迴歸分析、Logistic分析及Anova分析歸納出實証結果與研究結論。
    技術網絡為科技產業重要之外部技術來源管道,核心資源可以為企業創造競爭優勢,企業要如何利用本身之資源與供應鏈共同進行價值創新並提升企業績效為主要之議題。本研究實證分析顯示技術網絡關係對於供應鏈的協同價值創新合作程度以及績效是有影響的。另一方面企業的核心資源對於供應鏈的協同價值創新合作程度以及績效是有影響的。

    ABSTRACT

    The economic development of Taiwan has generally encountered the bottleneck in recent years. The strategies in the past have been challenged and questioned now. Firms adopted strategies that pursue of scale economy or duplication of the mass production model in the developing or undeveloped countries, have been challenged by those firms in the emerging countries like China. Such cost leadership models only pursue the low-cost strategy are unable to meet with the modern competition demands. Consequently, Kim and Mauborgne (2005) proposed the strategy of value innovation and emphasized reconsideration of the enterprise’s strategies from the customer's viewpoint.

    After reviewing the related literatures and empirical researches, this study developed a research framework with operational measurement dimensions to investigate the relationships between firm’s resources, technology network, and its collaborative degree of value innovation in supply chain. The degree of collaboration in value innovation is measure by an index developed by combining the constructs of information sharing, decision synchronization and incentive consistency. The construct of enterprise’s performance is divided into three dimensions as financial, market and customer value.

    A mail survey was conducted toward the TFT-LCD industry in Taiwan. Totally, 182 questionnaires were sent and 116 valid questionnaires were responded. Through factor analysis, regression analysis, logistic analysis and ANOVA analysis, the empirical result and research conclusions were concluded. The results of this study showed:
    1. The technology network relationship would impact on the degree of collaboration in value innovation in supply chain.
    2. The strategic resources would impact on the degree of collaboration in value innovation in supply chain.
    3. The supply chain network relationship and strategic resources would impact on firms’ performance under different degree of collaboration in value innovation.
