傳統上電力公司對於用戶用電的資料的掌握,均是派專員至用戶家中,紀錄用戶的用電資料,回到電力公司後,再將所紀錄的資料用人工的方式輸入至監控中心資料庫。此方法無法即時掌握用戶用電資訊,也有可能因為人為的作業疏失,造成資料處理上的錯誤,亦須支付額外的人事費用。
本論文結合8051單晶片、電子電路、有線電話網路、GSM架構等技術建構一套「用電資料自動回報平台」,來提供用戶用電資料的即時回報,以達到資料即時傳輸的目的,以期達到改善傳統收費方式的缺點。在此實驗平台中,利用8051單晶片的計時器(Timer0)設定一固定計時週期,並配合光遮罩器、OP放大器所組成中斷計數電路,將所計數中斷之值存入8051單晶片的暫存器中,等待計時週期時間終了時,再透過有線電話網路/GSM系統將存放在8051單晶片暫存器所計數的值,傳送至監控中心,如此電力公司便可輕鬆掌握用戶用電資訊。
The thesis presents a new concept of utility power metering technique. This system is composed of 8051 single-chip, electric circuit, public switched telephone network (PSTN) and GSM framework to build an auto-reply platform for electric power utilities. The platform can report the data of immediate electric consumed by the users and transmit the data right away, so that it can improve the efficiency of the traditional data collecting cost of power consumption. The platform for experiments sets up a regular period of shift register time-counting by the timer of 8051 single chip with an optical sensor and an OP amplifier. The system forms an interrupt and count circuit which reads the data in the temporary recorder of 8051 single chip. In the scheduled period of time-counting, through public switched telephone network or GSM communication system, the utility data can be transmitted to the temporary recorder of 8051 single chip to the monitor center. In this way, the power company can easily control the information of power consumption. This GSM point-to-point protocol is used for mobile users in real time monitoring.
