In the recent years, the economy and the world are transforming into a new stage. Knowledge has been regarded as the only meaningful resource. As a result, knowl-edge management has become an urgent need for enterprises. However, the knowl-edge management capability of each enterprise is the key factor for knowledge man-agement effectiveness, including innovation and organizational effectiveness. Fur-thermore, the social capital and entrepreneurial orientation are two topics which have been widely discussed for their influences for enterprises.
The first purpose of this study is to investigate the relationship between knowl-edge management capability to innovation and organizational effectiveness. The sec-ond purpose is to investigate the impact of social capital and entrepreneurial orienta-tion to the relationships between knowledge management capability to innovation and organizational effectiveness.
Through a series of statistical analyses based on the questionnaire survey of 116 sample firms, several conclusions are made. First, structural infrastructure and knowledge acquisition process are two important capabilities for innovation and or-ganizational effectiveness, while other capabilities are not totally proven to be sig-nificant. Second, the moderating effects of social capital and entrepreneurial orienta-tion were proven to be significant to by ANOVA.
