摘要
創新設計本身就是一種天馬行空的工作,設計的構想往往只是設計者的靈光乍現,如果沒有即時捕捉到這份靈感,就可能埋沒了一份創意十足的設計。因此,各種的設計方法被發展來,輔助設計者有系統的得到創新概念,並引導設計者尋找出符合顧客需求的概念,避免設計錯誤造成的資源浪費。
為了達成輔助創新設計之目的,本研究利用VB環境建立設計資料庫,並以結合TRIZ方法和目標樹狀圖(objectives tree)發展出的評估方式,作為資料庫搜尋的引擎,當使用者輸入各項顧客需求的權重值,透過VB電腦程式的評估,快速的得到具有權重值的概念,輔助設計者取得合適的設計概念,以縮短設計過程所花的時間。資料庫內所存放的設計資訊,以概念分類及對應的圖形保存,配合適當的文字說明,保存該概念原貌,避免日後使用者對設計概念的誤解。經由手工具螺絲起子的設計案例,運用資料庫內收集之資訊,確實可輔助設計者快速的得到符合需求之設計概念。此外,資料庫內的資訊除了可以輔助設計外,也方便公司產品資訊的保留或傳承,或可作為新進人員的訓練教材。
Abstract
Innovative design is a kind of unrestricted creation. Ideas usually break into designer’s mind without premonition. If these ideas couldn’t be caught immediately, the creative design might be buried. Therefore, all kinds of design methods have been developed to assist designers systematically in finding creative ideas. By these methods, the wasting-time of design process would be reduced, and the design resources could be saved by finding the ideas conformed to the customer requirements.
For assisting creative design, the study constructed design database by VB. The database search engine is a kind of evaluation method which employed both TRIZ method and objectives tree. When users input each weight of customer requirements, ideas with weight could be searched swiftly by evaluation of VB program. Thus, these ideas could assist designer in shorten the required time during design process. Design information stored in database as graphical ideas with suitable description. This way could avoid the people misinterpreting design ideas. After the design case of screwdrivers proofed that this study could assist designer to get the suitable ideas. Besides, ideas in the database could not only be reserved, but also be a good training material for the new recruits.
