本研究使用家庭收支調查報告和信義房屋房價指數來研究台灣三大都會區之房價對於家計單位套裝旅遊消費支出的影響,並以傳統消費函數模型為基礎設計迴歸模型探討家計單位套裝旅遊消費支出是否存在財富效果或其他效果。結果顯示,整體而言房價對對家計單位套裝旅遊消費支出存在正向且顯著的財富效果;但考量家計單位特性如戶長年齡、家庭人數或戶長教育程度後發現,戶長年齡與教育程度對於套裝旅遊消費支出為正面影響,家庭人數反而對家計單位套裝旅遊消費支出呈現負向影響。再進一步將家庭群體分類進行迴歸分析後發現,房價對年老族群與無房貸族群存在顯著正向財富效果,且對於房屋自有或租押的家計單位均存在正向顯著效果;反之,年輕及中年族群卻可能受限於預算呈現負向影響,有房貸族群或戶長有工作的族群亦出現隨著房價上升減少非民生必需品消費之套裝旅遊消費支出的可能性。
The Report on the Survey of Family Income & Expenditure and Sinyi RealtyHome Prices Indices are applied in this study to investigate how the house price impacts package travel expenditure of Taiwan households in three metropolitan areas. Meanwhile, traditional consumption function model is set as the basic design regression model to discuss if there is wealth or other effects existing in package travel expenditure of Taiwan households. The result shows that in general, house price has positive and significant wealth effect among package travel expenditure of Taiwan households. However, after taking the characteristics of Taiwan households, such as age of the head of the household, family size or education of the head of the household into consideration, it is found that while age and education of the head of the household have positive impacts, family size appears to pose negative impact. With a further categorization of Taiwan households to undergo regression analysis, it shows that house prices have positive wealth effect among senior and no-mortgage groups, and the positive effect is especially obvious with home-ownership and rent households. On the contrary, with the limitation of budget, there is negative impact on the young and middle age groups. Also as the house prices increase, mortgage group or group with the head of household having a job would reduce package travel expenditure which is considered to be non-daily necessity.
