隨著無線通訊技術與智慧行動裝置的快速發展,行動裝置可以接收並處理大量的資料。另一方面,由於智慧化工廠的概念興起,許多生產製造廠也開始將資通訊軟硬體與行動裝置進行整合,但由於目前行動軟體於製造業之應用局限於物流倉儲管理及整體產線監控等,如將其應用在自動控制領域勢必會提升工業生產效率。
因此本研究以EtherCAT工具機為基礎,將行動化技術導入傳統製造廠中以輔助生產機台資訊整合與管理,進而達到最佳的加工效率。本研究將實現廠區內無線化佈署,讓使用者透過無線網路遠端控制機台,並以資訊派送技術觀看即時機台狀況,此外使用者可以上傳自行教導之工件程式至EtherCAT工具機,快速佈署至廠區內的生產機台。本研究含有以下兩大研究發展項目:(1) 透過Web Service之建構和廠區管理伺服器之佈署,儲存單廠區內機台之生產資訊、IP位置和使用者權限等資訊,提供廠內操作人員經由智慧行動裝置進行機台監控;(2)應用機台運動控制模組於Android系統之智慧行動裝置,以Socket通訊協定之Client/Server架構,提供使用者在生廠工廠內能達成一對一機台監控,使用者可透過智慧行動裝置與機台Socket Server建立連接通道,經由資料傳輸取得機台資訊,並且可以使用自行定義之運動控制模組進行機台操作並執行機台教導功能。
With the advance of wireless communication and smart mobile device technology, mobile devices can receive and process large amounts of data. A lot of manufacturing industries integrate remote monitoring and logistics management with mobile application. However, the current application of mobile software in manufacturing is limited to logistics and warehousing management and production line monitoring Etc. Rarely have automatic control application.
Therefore, based on the EtherCAT machine tool, this research will introduce the mobile technology into the traditional manufacturing plant to assist the integration and management of production machine information to achieve the best processing efficiency. This study will realize the wireless deployment in the factory area, allowing users to control the machine remotely through the wireless network and watch the status of the EtherCAT machine. This research includes the following two major research:
(1) Through the construction of Web Services and the deployment of plant management servers, information such as production information, IP location and user rights of the plant in a single plant is stored.
(2) Using the motion control module of the machine control system in the Android system. Users can use the smart mobile device connect to Socket Socket Server to establish a connection channel, through the data transmission to obtain machine information, and can use their own definition of motion control module for machine operation.
