  •   由於市場上對於環保產品的相關資訊,無法提供足夠資訊予企業做市場研究及設計師進行環保產品市調,甚至消費者面對市場上琳瑯滿目的環保產品時感到無所適從,因此本文應用分析網路程序法(Analytic Network Process,ANP)做簡易產品之生態效益(Eco-efficiency) 評估,作為設計師與企業在評估產品時的參考指標,而量化後的指標值亦可協助消費者選購環保、優秀的產品。

      研究中,將以20 吋薄膜電晶體液晶電視(Thin Film Transistor-Liquid Crystal Display Television,TFT LCD TV) 為研究對象。由於液晶面版與控制晶片技術的進步,促成了市場液晶顯示器的快速成長,也讓液晶電視成為家庭消費性電子娛樂產品不再是一個夢想。在市場急速成長的過程中,企業、設計師與消費者在面對顯示器產品時,除了顯示器產品本身功能考量外,身為二十一世紀的人們;更需要思考的是產品與環境的關連性。因此,本文將整合ANP法於液晶電視生態效益之評估,並介紹運算ANP法之軟體Super Decision 協助決策者進行決策。生態效益評估指標值的運算,將以設計師及消費者之需求為主要依歸,整合消費者之需求於指標中,期望提供企業及設計師更為貼切市場的環保產品評估方法。

      Due to lack of information about environmental products in the current market, it is hard to investigate the trend of commercial market and to process questionnaires about relative products for enterprises and product designers. In addition, consumers do not even have a standard guide while facing a variety of products. In this research, the ANP (Analytic Network Process, ANP) was introduced to evaluate Eco-Efficiency of environmental products and further to provide enterprises and designers a reference index guiding consumers in the purchase by these quantitative data.

      In this study, TFT LCD TV (Thin Film Transistor-Liquid Crystal Display Television, TFT LCD TV) with 20-inch was the object to be concerned. Due to technical developments in LCD-interface and chip-control, market of LCD monitor grew up quickly and even achieved the goal that LCD TV was part of electrical entertainment products for each family. Although TFT LCD TV is prevalent in the world, however, modern people have to consider the relationship between product and environment beside function of product itself when evaluating those products. In this research, the Eco-Efficiency of environmental products was evaluated by ANP and introduced how the Super Decision, software of ANP calculation, functioned for executors. Moreover, the Index of Eco-Efficiency Evaluation was calculated according to the requests from product designers and consumers and expected to provide an evaluating method that is much close to the marketing trend.
