Purpose: This study aims to explore commercialized weighted sleds, using 3D modeling to create improved versions that better meet user needs. The 3D models serve as essential materials for the questionnaire interviews with experts in related fields, helping to identify the final direction for equipment improvements. Methods: This study using questionnaire to survey. Two surveys were conducted: the "Survey on the Improved Design of Commercialized Weighted Sleds", and the "Survey on the Improved Design of Sled Handles" involved interviews experts in related fields. 3D modeling was used to create images of the improved sleds. During the interviews, in addition to completing the questionnaire items, the experts' verbal supplementary explanations were recorded. After collecting the questionnaire data and audio recordings, the content was consolidated and analyzed. Descriptive statistics were used to organize the collected data, which was then further analyzed and discussed. Results: After two stages of questionnaire interviews, the first survey of 17 respondents concluded that, after comparing three sled designs, 47% preferred the second improved version, 35.2% favored the first improved version, and 17.6% preferred the existing commercial version. The second survey of 13 respondents concluded that, after comparing three handle designs, 53.8% preferred the first improved handle, 38.4% favored the second improved handle, and 7.6% preferred the current commercial handle.
