目前鋼鐵公司內部擁有許多製程相關監控與診斷系統,這些系統通常是在不同時期,因應不同需求,利用不同技術所開發,很難達成各異質系統之資訊交連及協同合作,因此,開發一個能與不同系統通訊之通用介面有其必要性。本論文提出一個以服務導向架構(Service Oriented Architecture, SOA)為基礎的系統資料交換架構,並設計與實作一個通用型介面模組 (Generic Interface Module , GIM),以有效整合分散於各處的製程管制與設備監診系統。我們實際以合作鋼鐵廠商廠內之熱軋製程即時監測系統及連鑄製程診斷系統為範例,進行本系統之實際導入與上線測試,測試結果顯示使用所開發的通用型介面模組,兩個異質系統的資訊可以成功的進行整合。相信本研究之成果可提供鋼鐵業者一個重複使用系統功能與整合異質系統資訊之解決方案。
Currently, each steel company contains various process-related monitoring and diagnosis (PMD) systems based on different technologies and demands. To achieve the re-utilization of system functions and the data integration among different PMD systems of steel processes, a SOA-based system data exchange architecture is proposed in this thesis. In particular, a type of generic interface module (GIM) is designed to provide various generic interfaces for being able to communicate with diverse PMD systems. The testing results show that by using the developed GIMs, the information of a monitoring system of hot rolling processes and a diagnostics system of continuous molding processes in our cooperative steel company can be successfully integrated. It is believed that the research results provide an effective solution to re-utilize system functions and integrate data among heterogeneous systems for the steel industry.
