近年來潮流藝術玩具的風潮在新世代興起,玩具不再只是屬於小孩子的產品,大人的玩具這個名詞也在這幾年逐漸崛起,玩具可以是回憶、英雄人物、動漫卡通等等,很多IP的出現也增添了藝術玩具市場的豐富性,很多人也把藝術潮流玩具視為是一種投資標的,像是在雜誌媒體或是潮流店常常可以看到長得像熊的庫伯力克熊BE@RBRICK,它的樣式不斷的推陳出新,會跟其他潮牌或是精品品牌做聯名商品,因為擁有著設計與時尚感,所以也會受到明星名流的追捧,價格常常不菲,變成是一種彰顯品味與身分地位的逸品象徵,有的還會以盲盒的型式呈現, POP MART泡泡瑪特就是其中一種近期在台灣走紅的潮玩品牌,該旗下也擁有許多受人喜愛的IP,主要是以公仔的方式販售。
本研究將以台灣POP MART在台南實體店設立的選址來做探討, 且因為近年來消費者的消費習慣逐漸趨向一站式的購足,所以將以台南目前最主要的三家大型百貨賣場(台南新光三越西門店、南紡購物中心、三井Outlet)為候選方案,透過對位址選擇的文獻探討整合出評估構面與評估準則,再利用層級分析法(Analytic Hierarchy process, AHP)來協助台灣POP MART可以透過選址的多項準則決策(Multi Criterion Decision-Making, MCDM)的評估來選取最佳的實體店設立位址,進而幫助台灣POP MART在台南的市場可以穩定的發展及創立較佳的營運績效。

In recent years, the trend of art toys is more and more popular, the toy is not only for children, but also for adults, and the toy can be some images, such as memory, hero, cartoon, anime, and so on. The development of IP (Intellectual Property) makes the art toy market to richness. Many people also see art toys as an investment, like BE@RBRICK. Due to it is fashionable, stylish, and all the rage, many artists and stars extol them, so they are extremely valuable and it is like a status symbol. Blind box is one kind of way for sale, POP MART is one of the popular art toy brand in Taiwan recently and it has many different action figures for its IP.
The topic of the study is location selection for POP MART TAIWAN to set up a physical store in Tainan. The trend of shopping for consumers is a one-stop shop recently, and we will select Shin Kong Mitsukoshi Tainan Place, T.S.MALL, and MITSUI OUTLET PARK Tainan for the candidates in Tainan. In the study of literature for location selection by way of integrating factors and criteria, we use the Analytic Hierarchy Process(AHP) to estimate the location selection with Multi Criterion Decision-Making(MCDM), select the best location for physical store, and help POP MART TAIWAN to gain the good performance and smooth operation in Tainan.
