隨著航遙測感測器及計算機技術的快速發展,航遙測影像資料大量於空間資訊領域應用是目前明顯的趨勢,而原始獲取影像之品質及影像處理技術的使用均會直接地影響到影像的判釋、自動化分類以及正射影像圖製作之品質,因此,如何以客觀的與接近人眼視覺的方法來進行影像品質的評估已成為一項有意義的研究工作。
本論文即嘗試援引二種新的評估指標-UQI及SSIM,選擇航遙測製圖領域中主要的二種影像來源:「數值航拍影像」及「高解析衛星影像」,配合製圖程序中所使用之影像處理技術,如影像增顯(Image Enhancement)、除霾處理(Dehazed Processing)、影像融合(Image Fusion)、影像壓縮(Image Compression)及重新取樣(Resampling)等必要之處理,具體探討新的及傳統各指標於輻射品質評估之適用性。
經由所有進行評估之計算結果顯示,UQI及SSIM二種新的指標其適用性均優於傳統的客觀評估指標,尤其是結構相似性指標SSIM,兼顧了影像之亮度、對比度及結構性,綜合性的表示了影像之整體品質。藉由本研究之影像品質評估,也對製圖程序中若干影像處理方法之特點予以確認,例如影像融合的方法、重新取樣的演算法則以及影像壓縮方法與格式等,均得到了具體的驗證。
Along with the fast development of the remote sensing sensor and computer technique, the remotely sensed image data is a great deal of is a current obvious trend in the spatial information realm application, the acquired raw image quality and the technique of image processing will affect the image interpretation, automatic classification and the quality of generated ortho-image directly . Therefore, how with objective and the method for nearing to the human vision to carry on the valuation of image quality and have become a meaningful research work.
In this study, we will introduce two kinds of new image quality index UQI and SSIM to digital aerial image and high resolution satellite image that are main source of digital mapping area. We uses some image processing techniques that include image enhancement, haze removal , image fusion, image compress and resampling etc. in this related processing and new and traditional each index in concrete study in the applicability of the radiation quality valuation.
Through all the computation results, the applicability in two kinds of new index UQI and SSIM is better than traditional of objective valuation index , also to mapping procedure the distinguishing feature of some images processing method gives the confirmation, for example the method of the image fusion , resampling and image compression method etc..
