本研究主要是使用具有抗張力強、重量輕、施工性高、耐久性長等優點之碳纖維複合材料貼片(CFRP),針對傳統梁柱接頭進行補強試驗,利用貫穿補強的概念,避免以往補強後易產生短柱效應的缺點,並期望根據試驗結果,能提供既有建築物梁柱接頭補強之方向。
本文中之試驗以不同方式補強之碳纖維複合材料貼片數量為參數,對傳統梁柱內接頭進行補強,施加反覆載重後,將補強與未補強梁柱接頭試體結果相互比較,發現碳纖維複合材料貼片補強對於接頭區之塑性行為確有幫助。最後並對相關文獻之梁柱接頭剪力強度經驗公式稍作修正,分析本文試驗數據亦得到不錯的結果。
This study investigates the strengthening of the reinforced concrete beam-column joint with carbon fiber reinforced polymer (CFRP) by a large full scale experiment. Three interior beam-column joints with non-ductile reinforcement are tested in this research. These joints are tested under the quasi-static load to simulate seismic forces. A prototype interior beam-column joint specimen without CFRP is used as the compared specimen. The parameters include the direction of CFRP, layers of CFRP, and the sequence in sticking CFRP. The experimental results demonstrate that the stiffness, the strength, and the energy dissipation capacity of the joints can be enhanced by using CFRP.Moreover in this research, a simple formula to calculate the shear stress of the joint with the carbon fiber reinforced polymer is proposed.
