本研究探討企業對企業,英文簡稱為 B2B,其定義為載運公司行號之原物料、半成品或產品等企業貨運物流範疇之貨車司機,其五大人格特質與行車安全意識如何影響其在傳統靠行模式與新興物流平台模式間之營運模式選擇。本研究整合交易成本理論、社會網絡理論與職業配適理論,探討五大人格特質與行車安全意識對營運模式選擇之預測關係。本研究採橫斷面問卷調查法,因應傳統靠行司機與新興平台司機之日常出勤場域差異,採取實體與數位之雙軌並行抽樣策略,針對傳統靠行模式與新興物流平台模式之 B2B 貨車司機進行資料蒐集,實際回收 309 份有效問卷,其中包含傳統靠行模式 165 份、新興物流平台模式 144 份。實證分析結果顯示:第一,在兩類營運模式司機的性格與安全特徵上呈現顯著之群體分佈差異,傳統靠行司機在嚴謹自律性、外向性、親和性及行車安全意識上得分顯著較高;而新興平台司機則在經驗開放性與神經質特質上得分顯著較高。第二,多元線性迴歸分析顯示,經驗開放性負向預測行車安全意識,而嚴謹自律性、外向性與親和性則能正向預測行車安全意識。第三,二元羅吉斯迴歸分析顯示,神經質特質與行車安全意識對營運模式選擇具備顯著之直接預測力,高神經質之 B2B 貨車司機顯著偏好選擇新興物流平台模式,而具備行車安全意識之司機則顯著偏好選擇傳統靠行模式。本研究最後針對傳統車行之人才招募與新興平台之安全監理與演算法管理,提出具體之實務建議。
In summary, this study systematically elucidates the operating model choices of B2B truck drivers in Taiwan by integrating transaction cost economics, social network theory, and person-environment fit paradigms. Based on a dual-track sample of 309 active drivers, our empirical findings demonstrate that operating choices are not merely constrained by extrinsic demographics, but are fundamentally predicted by drivers' intrinsic psychological traits and safety consciousness. Specifically, safety-conscious B2B drivers strongly gravitate toward the traditional affiliation model for administrative shelter and legal protection, whereas highly neurotic individuals seek digital logistics platforms as an impersonal psychological refuge to bypass interpersonal friction. These insights pave a novel path for reconciling technological autonomy and physical safety nets in the evolving crowd-logistics landscape.
