  • 本研究的目的為發展煉油廠五項油品(即液化石油氣、汽油、柴油、石油腦和燃料油)的供應鏈生產規劃策略。為達此一目的,我們首先建立了一個線性的數學規劃模式,其中包括了相互連接的五個製備單元模組與六個儲槽模組,求解此一模式可以得到在固定的需求量限制下,多個時期最佳的原油採購量、原油庫存量、各單元煉量、產品庫存量以及產品外購量。
    在另一方面,由於供應鏈的經營者所面臨的嚴峻挑戰之ㄧ就是產品需求的不確定,我們利用Grossmann等人(1999)的方法進行可行性測試,判斷產品需求量在給定範圍內變動的情況下,上述供應鏈規劃是否仍然可以執行。接著再計算彈性指標來求得可操作的需求量範圍。最後,我們將所建立石油化學產品供應鏈的數學規劃模式及不確定性分析模式應用在一個較實際的案例上。

    The scope of this study is concerned with the supply chains of five main products of refineries, i.e., liquefied petroleum gas, gasoline, diesel oil, petrochemical naphtha, and fuel oil. The objective of here is to develop the multi-period supply-chain planning strategies for such products. A linear program (LP), which includes five unit models and six tank models, has been constructed to coordinate various planning tasks for optimizing the supply-chain performance. The LP model can be solved to determine the proper procurement strategy of crude oils and the corresponding logistics, the inventories of crude oils and products, the throughputs of processing units, and the subcontracting policies, etc. Since demand uncertainty is an important issue to be addressed in planning the supply-chain operations, the systematic procedures suggested by Grossmann et al. (1999) have been implemented to perform feasibility test and to compute the flexibility index. A realistic case study is adopted in this thesis to demonstrate the utility of the proposed approach.
