Entrepreneurship studies typically identify pre-existing entrepreneurs and venture. There is general agreement that attitudes towards entrepreneurship are determinant factor decide to be an entrepreneur. In this context, this study is purpose to focused on analyzing the relationship between desirability and feasibility which influence by risk-taking propensity and core self-evaluations among Thai people. Based on this study, it found that all relationship with independent variable is supported which mean most of Thai respondents in this study consider desirable to create a new firm. However, there are not significant influences effects on both moderators in this both risk taking propensity and core self-evaluations.
As entrepreneurial play an important role in economic development worldwide therefore, the finding suggest that that perceived desirability and perceived feasibility are the strongest and important predictor of Thai people’s entrepreneurial career intentions. The government or other public section should future understand and pay more attention to the creation of a new venture especially a group of student as it could enhance the positive attitude toward entrepreneurship activity in the country.
