How to achieve sustainable global development via the United Nations SDGs has attracted increased attention from educators, scholars, and practitioners. This research adopts service-dominant logic to lay the SDGs development’s theoretical foundation. We contend that SDGs’ implementation relies on resource integration among participating stakeholders, which allows the co-creation of SDGs value via service exchange. This research employs a qualitative approach and selects the Department of Nursing at NCKU as the case organization to empirically investigate the following research question: How does an organization co-create value with stakeholders via SDGs’ implementation? The case findings enable us to tight a theoretical linkage between service-dominant logic and SDGs literature by elaborating the concepts of the interconnection of SDGs goals and the inclusiveness of actors.
