當代社會中，壓力作為一種普遍的身體經驗，往往難以透過語言加以言說或處理。在液態現代性所建構的社會情境下，壓力的來源日益分散且難以指認，使個體難以將其語言化，而逐漸轉化為持續存在於身體層面的前語言性感知。本研究以此為出發點，試圖探討如何將這種難以言說的壓力身體經驗，透過視覺與感官的形式加以轉譯與呈現。
本研究透過對個人日誌的回溯與反思，並參照DSM-5身體症狀量表（PHQ-15）的分類框架，將壓力的身體反應歸納為退縮、過載與懸置三種狀態類型。以此為基礎，結合Mona Hatoum、Bill Viola與David Rokeby等藝術家的創作實踐作為參照，發展出一套以X光影像為視覺語言、TouchDesigner為即時運算平台、氣壓感測器為互動媒介的互動投影裝置作品《閾》（Threshold）。
作品透過X光影像的診斷邏輯，將壓力的不同身體狀態轉化為可被觀看的視覺形式，並透過觀者的按壓互動，使身體動作本身成為感知壓力的途徑。本研究主張，壓力的存在值得被正視而非無視；當語言無法捕捉這種身體經驗時，視覺與感官或許能提供另一種使其得以顯現的途徑。

This research explores how the ineffable bodily experience of stress in contemporary society can be translated into visual and sensory forms. Through retrospective analysis of personal journals and reference to the DSM-5 Somatic Symptom Scale (PHQ-15), three stress state types were identified: withdrawal, overload, and suspension. An interactive projection installation entitled Threshold (閾) was developed, utilizing X-ray imagery, TouchDesigner, and pneumatic sensing to construct a diagnostic field in which stress becomes perceptible through visual, auditory, and bodily participation.
