  •   客運業首重安全,旅客所重視的客運服務項目中,除了舒適性、便利性與票價外,客運公司的安全形象與行車肇事率可說是最重要的一環,不但旅客重視,也是評鑑客運業者時的重要指標,而在行駛途中駕駛員是否有不當的駕駛行為,則是直接影響行車安全的重要關鍵。處於競爭激烈的環境中,若運輸服務業者未能針對不當的駕駛行為作出有效的約制與防範,長久以來,將使經營業者陷入客源流失、成本增加與競爭力減弱之惡性循環。

      現今所研發出的數位式行車管理軟體已可確實的記錄駕駛異常行為發生的時間與地點,但是所謂預防勝於治療,若能確實瞭解造成異常的原因,及早預防不正常行為的發生,其所帶來的效益將更有助於客運公司的經營。因此希望利用日前已發展之數位式行車記錄器,找出駕駛員異常之駕駛行為,並進一步建構出不當駕駛行為之迴歸模式,以達到規範駕駛行為之目標。行車記錄器能夠記錄之安全資料,主要針對車輛在速度上的變化及時間資訊為主,可分為五大類,分別為超速、急加速、急煞車、行車資訊及燈號使用,但是我們主要是探討超速、急加速、急煞車這三部分在其最大值、次數以及時間互相影響跟駕駛個人特性、排班方面所造成駕駛不穩定的關係。

     Passenger transportation industry first focus on the security,and the passenger consider the transportation service items,except for the comfortableness,the convenience and the ticket price,the transportation company's security image and driving accident rate maybe the most important thing, not only the passenger takes on but the comments is the passenger transportation industry important target. On the way in travel whether driver has the improper driving behavior, that is the direct influence traffic safety important key. In the competition intense environment, if transportation service industry has not been able to aim at the improper driving behavior to make effectively with the guard, since has been long-time, it will cause after the undertaker to fall into the source of tourists to drain, the cost increase and the competitive ability weakens the vicious circle.

     Nowadays will research and develop several types vehicle control software has been possible the truly record driving unusual behavior to occur time and place, but the so-called prevention wins to the treatment, if we can truly understand creates the unusual reason, early prevents not the normal behavior the occurrence, its brings the benefit will be helpful to the passenger transportation company's management. Therefore make use of the types driving recorder with development, which has discovered the driver exceptionally driving behavior on the other day, and further constructs does not work as return pattern the driving behavior, achieves goal of the standard driving behavior. The driving recorder can security of material the recording, mainly aim at the vehicles in speed change prompt information primarily, may divide into five kinds, respectively be overspeed, the anxious acceleration, the anxious bake, the driving information and the lamp signal use, but we mainly are the discussion overspeed, the anxious acceleration, the anxious bake these three parts in its maximum value, the number of times as well as the time mutual influence with drive individual characteristic, arrange in groups the aspect to create the driving unstable relations.
