With human development and technological advances, human beings’ quality of sleep has more and more attention, and many sleep-related products are born out. Insufficient good quality of sleeps at night lead to excessive daytime sleepiness, memory and attention problems and lowered quality of life. The increase of pressure under the pace of life in modern society causes effect of sleep quality. There are many points to considerate of today’s pillow. Among many factors affecting sleep, thermal comfort is the key factor, and skin moisture directly affects thermal comfort. Human’s skin adjusts physiological conditions by sweating. Heat taken away under the process of evaporation of sweat, leading to the rapid decline in skin temperature and causing a chilling effect, which is affecting the thermal comfort. The pillow designed to enhance human’s sleep in different humidity conditions of thermal comfort. Currently design focused more on pillow to improve sleep quality. The products mainly focus on pillow firmness by the topic of adjusting head pressure. Rarely focus on the relationship between the process of sleeping head humidity and sleeping system. Many aspects need to consider upholding the core concept of head humidity adjustment to enhance sleep quality, such as changes of head humidity, microclimate in sleep and the interaction between human and system. The aim is to develop a system, which can immediately enhance sleep quality.
