本研究的研究目的是以模擬更接近真實狀況下,飛行員操控飛機之補償追蹤行為進行測試,並期望由此補償追蹤實驗所定義的參數:精確度、敏捷度與敏捷極限,作為飛行員甄選之動作技能測試之新輔助工具。基於本實驗室數年來之研究成果,本研究選取五十五位空軍官校學生,其中包含四十五位完訓及十位停訓學生,透過手控搖桿來進行補償追蹤實驗,量測其基本飛航操作能力之相關參數。初步結果顯示,完訓學生與結訓學生在補償追蹤行為的參數:精確度、敏捷度與敏捷極限,經由t檢定結果皆為顯著差異,表示完訓學生與結訓學生在補償追蹤行為是有顯著差異存在;並透過量測的參數,經過統計分析找出誤判率最低的參數:敏捷極限,判斷標準為3.331rad/sec,誤判率為16.36%。期許未來,能與空軍官校或民航業者甚至民航局,再繼續合作,以蒐集到更完整的資料,使本研究這套飛行員動作技能的篩選工具更為完整、更為可靠。
The objective of this research is to create new tools for psychomotor testing for pilots using parameters: precision, agility, agile limit defined by compensatory tracking experiment. This research chooses fifty-five students from the Air Force Academy including forty-five passed students and ten failed students to run the tests. It was found that the defined parameters between passed and failed students are different significantly by t test. It represented that the parameters defined in this research can statistically discriminate the passed from the failed students. From the results of statistical analysis, it was found that the parameters, agile limit possesses the lowest misjudge rate. The misjudge rate is 16.36% with agile limit to be 3.331 rad/sec. From the results of this research, the parameters defined do provide a possibly reliable tool for psychomotor testing of pilots. It is hoped that with more and more data collected either from the Air Force Academy or civil aviation, useful tools can be created with confidence.
