This study investigates the relationship of status of psychological contract with training provided by user enterprises, and further the relationship between status of psychological contract with organizational commitment and job performance, and mediator effect of status of psychological contract. Furthermore, this study also investigates the impact of work choice motives on dispatch workers. A total of 112 valid responses were received, and furthermore all of the respondents are dispatch workers who have received training provided by user enterprises within the past year in Taiwan. The results show that work choice motive is not significant related with training opportunity, the status of psychological contract, organizational commitment and job performance. Training opportunity is significant positively related to the status of psychological contract; and the status of psychological contract is a partial mediator between training opportunity and organizational commitment.
