人口少子化對於社會結構、經濟發展等各方面都會產生重大影響,面對全球化市場,嬰兒車產品已然成為競爭激烈的產業,從開發設計產品的觀點來看,嬰兒車的外型和創新,都隨著產品機能而發展,因此嬰兒車產品需從造型、機構、生產、品管、安規、銷售、做整合設計,且在未來AI世代及智能化的趨勢下,嬰兒車產品開發會是一個重要且複雜的設計議題。
本論文用同步設計和AHP層級程序分析的方法來實施,期望能提出一個完善的嬰兒車設計流程,用來縮短研發時程並同時提昇設計上的品質,來滿足市場端的需求,以明箱化設計來建構四項實施步驟,第一步產品企劃與市場分析:分析市場各式嬰兒車折疊機構之差異並進行分類與比較,產出意象尺度量表(Image scale analysis)和市場上的產品定位。第二步擬定設計規範:了解目標市場之後,藉由目標樹決策(Objective tree)訂定產品設計規範,並制定產品設計方針。第三步設計構想的發散與收斂:以限量性結構法(Finite structure method)及形態學圖表法(Morphological analysis)描述產品造型及機構配置設計,並進行產品細部設計,以達設計最佳化。第四步產出最佳概念:用AHP評判方式選出最佳方案後進行3D模型建構與模擬,運用Pantone色票進色彩計畫(Color scheme)和三視圖製作。
明箱化的設計規劃,可運用在日後新產品開發,以輔助設計師進行產品設計思考,提高跨部門的溝通效率,大幅度增加產品開發的成功率,然而大部份設計方法和準則也可適用在其他類型的產品上。
A low birth rate has huge impacts on various aspects including social structure and economic development. While facing the global market, baby stroller product has become a highly competitive industry. From the product development and design point of view, the appearance and innovation of baby strollers developed alongside the product features, hence baby stroller products should have integrated design covering modeling, mechanism, production, quality control, safety specifications and sales aspects. Moreover, in the future AI generation and under the intelligent trend, the development of baby stroller products will be an important and complicated design issue.
This thesis adopts the concurrent design and Analytic Hierarchy Process (AHP) methods for implementation and expects to introduce a perfect baby stroller design process to shorten the research and development time and improve the design quality at the same time, thus to fulfill the market needs. Adopt a clear box design to establish four implementation steps. The first step is product planning and market analysis: to analyze the differences of the folding mechanisms of various kinds of baby strollers in the market, and implement classification and comparison, and generate the image scale analysis and positioning of the product in the market. The second step is to develop the design specifications: after understanding the target market, set up the product design specifications with the objective tree and establish the product design policy. The third step is the divergence and convergence of the design concept: describe the product outlook and mechanism configuration design by the finite structure method and morphological analysis and implement the design details of the product to optimize the design. The fourth step is to generate the best concept: use the AHP evaluation method to select the best solution, and implement the 3D model construction and simulation. Adopt the Pantone color scheme and three-view drawing for construction.
The clear box design planning can be used in future product development to assist the designers in product design thinking, enhancing cross-department communication efficiency and greatly increasing the success rate of product development. However, most design methods and guidelines can also be applied on other types of products.
