因中央氣象局較缺乏漫射數據等相關資料與資料庫,為此由國立成功大學台南歸仁校區能源中心實驗室,於2011年開始建立此類的數據資料庫。
鑒於天氣狀況或儀器本身損壞,導致直接影響到接收數據的連續性,造成偶有一段時間未能量測到數值,使得數據因此產生遺漏。原廠提供手動調整儀器(Shadow Band Stand, SBS)的修正量,但該數值是參照製造商當地的氣候與經緯度所設計,因此本文提供另一新修正方式,修正自動追日儀器(Automatic Solar Tracker, SMT)與SBS漫射量間的差距,讓不同國家針對其區域特性的修正值進行漫射量之探究。
此外,根據本研究作出新修正量相較SBS原廠所提供修正量,是接近當地SMT所量測數據,更能貼近於真實的氣候變化。
最後,運用三次雲形線(Cubic Spine)為理論基礎,進行太陽日射量數據間之有效彌補遺漏值;且利用自行開發之Matlab程式將歷年所記錄之2014年與2018年間的漫射量數據,作有效地系統處理,建構成一只完整度高的數據資料庫。
Due to the lack of data and a database about diffuse radiation from the Central Weather Bureau, such a data database has been established by the National Cheng Kung University at Guiren in Tainan in 2011.
This thesis is based on third-order equations (Cubic Spine) combined with the data of diffuse radiation to fill the missing values of the measured data, and it provides another method of correction for the correction of the data. The five-year data from 2014 to 2018 is the basic database. Correcting the gap between SMT and SBS diffusion radiation lets different countries study the diffuse radiation for determining the amount of the correction value for their regional characteristics.
