In view of Semiconductor Industry development is the high-tech indicator of country. To be faced with industry moving to Mainland China, Semiconductor firms in Taiwan have to adjust suitable and conformable organizational structure will enhance competition capability of firms, proceed to the next step to strengthen leadership and display in operating efficiency and organizational performance. The first centerpiece in this study is to examine the influence of different organizational structure on the Organizational Performance of the firms.
Semiconductor firms in Taiwan meet global competition to contact with international famous customers and high-grade suppliers by Supply Chain Management model. Firms perform key factors of supply chain management are not only improve process capability, further integrate internal and external process flow for firms in Taiwan to approach world class manufacturing level and support global logistic service. Therefore, the second centerpiece in this study is to examine the influence of supply chain management on to enhance competition capability of firms.
Since supply chain management currently has became a good skill for operating. Survey which kind organizational structure can support better capability for supply chain management. Therefore, the third centerpiece in this study is to examine the influence of organizational structure on supply chain management of firms.
This research is mainly collated from Semiconductor Industry in Taiwan. We sent 175 questionnaires for firms of TSIA membership, we got 50 usable questionnaires back. The result of this study indicates:
1.Organizational structure with organizational performance reaches significant level.
2.The capability of supply chain management with organizational performance reaches significant level.
3.Organizational structure with the capability of supply chain management reaches significant level.
