本文主要是採用IEC 61850通訊協定標準將本實驗室開發之線上局部放電(OLPD, On-line Partial Discharge)即時警報系統與既有之Power SCADA系統做聯結,於OLPD裝設位置建立警報點,其目的是為了發揮在線檢測系統的最大價值,隨時將警報回傳至主監控系統,達到早期預警目的。藉由通信將兩系統進行同步校時,記錄每一次PD信號產生的時間及位置於Power SCADA事件資料庫內,並搭配MySQL數據資料庫的建立與整合,使用TCP/IP通訊架構將Local端資料庫數據定時上傳至私有雲資料庫儲存,減少Local端PXI主機資料儲存的負荷。並建立一個在線檢測系統的雲端平台,藉由雲端平台的管理將OLPD測得之數據依照既定的資料庫格式歸納彙整。未來各種檢測系統間的數據能夠進行交叉比對,也可藉由大數據分析釐清環境變化、開關操作、負載高低等,對於不同形式的電力設備運轉壽命是否有影響,使電力設備的故障分析有跡可循。
An on-line monitoring system for early prediction and protection for the power system is proposed in this thesis. The proposed on-line monitoring system uses IEC 61850 communication protocol to coordinate two subsystem, which are an On-line Partial Discharge Alert (OLPD) System and a Power SCADA System. With these two systems work together, the alert signal can be received on time by the monitoring center. When two subsystem synchronizing data, every partial discharge (PD) signal will be recorded in the event database in Power SCADA with the time and location information. The data will be collected and saved in the MySQL database. After certain time, the database would be uploaded from local server to the cloud server. This feature can reduce the loading on the local PXI server by releasing the storage space. A platform for online monitoring system is also developed on the cloud server. The format of those OLPD data could be designed by the user and be organized for cross comparison. The data could be used for analyzing the effect of environment variation, switch operation, loading change, and/or other features. The results could be related to the life-time analysis of the power equipment and the failure analysis of the power devices.
