以社區為基礎(community-based)的生態旅遊被認為是一種解決社區發展與環境保育衝突的方法,近年來已成為社區環境永續發展與管理的趨勢。環境識覺的概念自提出以來,已被證實對個人的行為決策有所影響,利用遊客本身自覺來維護自然、文化資源、並為當地帶來收益,形成一種社區永續發展的旅遊模式,這樣的概念與當地意象之關係,為本研究想探究了解的部分。本研究以台南市兩個社區作為實證社區,採問卷方式進行,總共回收322份有效問卷。
研究結果顯示,遊客對地方意象之認知可分為「自然資源」、「文化資源」、「旅遊環境」、「公共空間」、「街道家具」、「植栽綠蔭」、「建築單元」七個因子,而遊客對地方意象之感知可分為「平和感」、「喚起感」兩構面。
實證調查顯示:
1. 認知意象之「植栽綠蔭」和「建築單元」對於遊客旅遊體驗與生態旅遊意願有顯著正面影響。
2. 完善的「街道家具」有助於提升遊客的正面情緒旅遊體驗。
3. 感知意象之「愉悅感」和「活力感」對於遊客旅遊體驗與生態旅遊意願有顯著正面影響。
4. 和家人同遊之旅客感知意象評價較高。
5. 女性、交通方式為公共運輸者、曾經參與生態旅遊者,對生態旅遊行為意願較高。
Community-based ecotourism is considered to be a solution to the conflict between community development and environmental conservation, which has become a trend in the promotion for environmental sustainability and management in community areas. Environmental perception has been confirmed to affect tourists’ behavior and decisions since the concept was proposed. In this study, I explore the relationship between local images and eco-tourism intent from traveler's perspective. Chooses two communities in Tainan, depend on its different planning condition. Adopt the questionnaire way, amount to 322 effective questionnaires.
The results showed that the cognition of tourists to local image can be divided into seven factors: “natural resources”, “cultural resources”, “tourism environment”, “public space”, “street furniture”, “planting shade”, and “building unit”; and the perception of tourists to local image can be divided into two factors: "pleasant" and "arousing".
The results of study shows:
1. Cognitive imagery of "planting shade" and "building unit" has a significant positive impact on the tourism experience and ecotourism intentions for tourists.
2. Setting "street furniture" appropriately can enhance positive emotions and travel experience.
3. Affective image of "pleasure" and "active" has a significant positive impact on the tourism experience and ecotourism intentions for tourists.
4. Traveling with families has a significant positive impact on affective image.
5. Female, transportation is by public transport, has been involved in eco-tourists, ecotourism behavioral intentions is higher.
