  •   網路無遠弗屆的特性,讓不同時空的學習者能透過網路共同參與學習活動,學習的環境也由真實環境擴展到網路化的虛擬學習世界。傳統的課程應用在網路科技中,使得學習者可以從事線上學習,必須要投入大量的資源及金錢,並且當學校把課程由傳統教法改變成線上學習時,會因為課程的屬性不同,使得學習者的線上學習成效也會有所差異。本研究將討論非同步式線上學習,並應用模糊層級分析法同時考量線上學習成本與線上學習重要度下,透過對屬性彼此兩兩做比較,得出所有屬性的權重體系,再經由授課教師對課程進行屬性的同意度評鑑,排列出課程應優先實行線上學習的順序。本研究以成功大學工業與資訊管理學系的必修課為例,說明本模式的應用,排列出成大工資系必修課線上學習的優先順序,作為將來實行線上學習的參考建議。經由模式所得出的實行線上學習課程優先順序,使得管理者了解哪個課程應優先應用在線上學習,能夠優先投入資金、人員在能夠達到最大效果的課程上。讓管理者可依照所得的實行優先順序,對課程從事線上學習時做評估,使得投入的資源能獲得最大的學習效果。
